These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jellibet ("jellibet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jellibet.vip and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the jellibet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and use the jellibet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jellibet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jellibet platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jellibet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jellibet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. jellibet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jellibet account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jellibet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jellibet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jellibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into your jellibet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jellibet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jellibet reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part.

jellibet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section of your account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. jellibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

jellibet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all jellibet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jellibet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• jellibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the jellibet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jellibet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. These RNGs are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jellibet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jellibet reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical error that cannot be verified or that produces an erroneous outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Bets placed and accepted by the jellibet system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after the relevant game round or event has commenced, except where jellibet expressly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for a specific product.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jellibet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jellibet platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any jellibet game or system feature.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jellibet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any jellibet system, account, or data.

jellibet employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies to identify and act on prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

jellibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. jellibet takes this seriously and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jellibet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jellibet content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jellibet content.

Any unauthorized use of jellibet's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jellibet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jellibet platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jellibet specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any technical failures, errors, or delays in the platform or in third-party payment processing systems.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the jellibet platform.

jellibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jellibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jellibet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jellibet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jellibet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jellibet implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jellibet cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

jellibet will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist jellibet in operating the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

jellibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from you.
• Any other reason that jellibet, in its sole discretion, deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your jellibet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jellibet arising from your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines. jellibet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates fully with relevant regulatory authorities.

jellibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jellibet will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jellibet platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jellibet platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
